Starting small

At launch, EYE POWER will prepare a limited number of orders each working day so we can keep quality high and turnaround fast.

Most orders using lenses we have readily available will be prepared within 1–3 working days after order confirmation, handled according to the queue.

If your prescription requires a lens that isn't currently in stock, we'll let you know the expected preparation time before proceeding.

Preparation time does not include courier or delivery transit.

When will EYE POWER start accepting orders?
EYE POWER plans to start accepting orders from 24 October 2026 onwards. During our initial launch, we will accept a limited number of orders each working day.
How fast will my glasses be ready?
Most orders using lenses we have readily available are expected to be prepared within approximately 1–3 working days after order confirmation. Some prescriptions or lenses that are not currently in stock may require additional preparation time.
Does 1–3 working days include delivery?
No. The 1–3 working day estimate refers to the preparation of your glasses. Courier or delivery transit time is separate.
Can I pick up my glasses in Helsinki?
Yes. Pick-up in Helsinki may be arranged for eligible orders. Further pickup details will be provided when the order is confirmed.
What if my prescription lens is not available?
If the required lens is not currently in stock, EYE POWER will inform you of the expected preparation time before proceeding with the order.
Will EYE POWER offer hundreds of frame choices?
No — intentionally. EYE POWER will begin with a carefully selected collection of frames designed to make choosing easier. Our approach is based on fewer, better-curated choices rather than an overwhelming catalogue.
Can I order prescription glasses online?
Once ordering officially opens, customers will be able to choose a frame, provide their prescription information, select suitable lens options, and complete their order through the EYE POWER website.
Where is EYE POWER based?
EYE POWER is based in Helsinki, Finland. Orders may be delivered using available delivery or courier services, while Helsinki pickup may also be arranged.
